Rob Hamme - Owner Rob started in the cleaning industry over 20 years ago when he accepted a job with his father-in-law. Some time later, he bought the company and over the years assembled a fantastic management team. He also navegated the growth from a small company into one that cleaned over 350 properties in 7 states each day. Early in 2018 Rob sold his share of that company and started Diamond Shine Building Maintenance and Diamond Shine Concrete Polishing. He took much of the management team with him.
Guillermo Buenrostro - Regional Manager Guillermo started working for Rob nearly 20 years ago. He was hired as a floor care technician and eventually worked his way up to an operations supervisor, district manager, and now regional manager. Guillermo has seen it all, and is proactive in trying to ensure each customer's satisfaction.
Nelson Mejia - District Manager Nelson has been in the cleaning industry for over 20 years. He has worked for other cleaning companies and currently owns his own cleaning company. Nelson started working with our team over five years ago, and due to his tireless effort to ensure our customer's properties are well maintained, he was promoted to the postion district manager.
Gerardo Loya - District Manager Gerardo has been with us since 2014. Gerardo has also worked with other cleaning companies, and is relentless in his effort to ensure our employees have working equipment and all of the supplies they need.
Julio Jimenez - District Manager Julio is the most recent addition to the operations management team. Julio has also worked with other cleaning companies, and is relentless in his effort to ensure our employees have working equipment and all of the supplies they need.
Mandy Thao - Controller Mandy has been with our team since 2017. She works closely with Rob on Diamond Shine's financials, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and forcasting.
Misael Rosas - Human Resources Misael has worked in the cleaning industry since 1998 and has worked with our management team since 2012. He recently transitioned to human resources.
Shannon Nistler - Operations Manager Shannon has been in the cleaning industry since 1992 and has owned his own small cleaning businesses. He currently owns a window cleaning business. Shannon started working with the management team in 2011, eventually being promoted to the vice president of operations, before transitioning to Diamond Shine.
Rico Horton - Sales Account Manager Rico is the newest member of the Diamond Shine team, bringing a strong sales and customer service background. He develops new business and ensures that our current clients are getting top-knotch service.
